Residents may go to any clinic on the list. You do not have to live in the municipality where the clinic is held. If animals have been vaccinated for rabies any time in the past, pet owners must bring proof of prior rabies vaccine to receive a 3 year certificate. Pets must be on a leash and/or in a carrier with ventilation; a leash is also recommended as an extra precaution for pets in carriers. Muzzles, when necessary, are also suggested for the safety of people and pets at the clinics. Neither of the representatives for the municipality or the Cumberland County Health Department are responsible for animals that get away.  Facemasks MUST be worn at all times or you will be turned away - 6 feet social distancing is required.  Thank you for your cooperation!!!
